Comp lookup is a free service we offer to property sellers who want to know the approximate value of their property before deciding to order an appraisal from us and subsequebtly sell their property. In this service, the sellers provide us with the information as listed below either by email or fax. We will do lookups and property comparisons in the neighborhood of their subject property within 24 to 48 hours depending on the availability of the comps and the complexity of the subject. We will email or fax them the results of our findings regarding the market spread of values within which their subject property value falls. If they are satisfied with the results we give them, then they can place an order for an appraisal service with us. We pride ourselves on delivering appraisal reports within two business days after the date of inspection.
